# 会話AIやチャットボットとの接続を変更する

## DIP（Digital Humans Identity Portal）

DIP(Digital Humans Identity Portal）は、デジタルヒューマンのバックエンド設定を管理・変更するためのポータルです。

本ポータルを利用することで、各デジタルヒューマンの動作や応答内容を柔軟にカスタマイズできます。

DIPのURLは弊社より提供します。有償契約かパートナーシップがあるお客様にご提供しています。利用を希望されるかたはエキスパートかカスタマーサクセスまでご連絡ください。

### NLPアカウント

NLPアカウントは、デジタルヒューマンが接続するChatbotを指定するための設定です。

各ペルソナに対して、適切なNLPアカウントを作成・選択することで、会話の内容や挙動を制御できます。

**⚠️所属グループのNLPアカウントのみ、表示・編集が可能です。**

**特殊タイプ：Parrot**

`Parrot` を選択した場合、**ユーザーの発話内容をそのままデジタルヒューマンが繰り返して発話**するオウム返しモードです。

NLPを使用しないテストや音声確認など、特定用途での使用に便利です。

**NLPアカウント追加・編集画面**

| 設定名         | 説明                                                                           |
| ----------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 名称          | NLPアカウントの表示名称です。                                                             |
| NLPタイプ      | 接続するChatbotタイプが表示されます。                                                       |
| NLPアカウント識別子 | NLPアカウントの一意な識別子です。                                                           |
| APIキー       | <p>Chatbotへ接続に使用するAPIキーを入力します。<br>⚠️ APIキーが不要なタイプの場合には、「dummy」と入力してください。</p> |
| メモ          | 任意の補足情報を記載できます。                                                              |
| 論理削除        | <p>チェックを入れて保存すると、このNLPアカウントは削除されます。<br>⚠️ 削除後の復元はできません。</p>                  |
